Refund & Return Policy – Alpona

At Alpona, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must have original tags and packaging intact
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased on sale or discount
Customized or pre-ordered items
Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with clear images or video proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or design (if applicable). Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

6. Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the delivery cost
For other reasons (change of mind, size issue), the customer must bear the return delivery charge

7. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will be notified about the approval status
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days

bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Original payment method (for online payments)
