Alpona currently provides delivery services all over Bangladesh. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time through trusted courier partners.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Bangladesh, including both Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka locations.
2. Delivery Options
Inside Dhaka:
- Delivery Time: 1–3 working days
- Delivery Charge: 70 BDT
Outside Dhaka:
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
- Delivery Charge: 130 BDT
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service all over Bangladesh for your convenience.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier services (such as Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.
6. Delays
Delivery times may vary due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, political conditions, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
